PRESENTING

The LI/NY Metro Capital Forum brings together providers of capital with companies at various stages of development throughout the region. Selected companies will have a chance to present their business plans to an audience of venture capitalists, private equity providers, investment bankers, commercial lenders and other sources of capital.

GUIDELINES TO PRESENT YOUR COMPANY

1. Complete the ENTRY FORM electronically providing all of the requested information. You must create a user name and password.

2. There is a $200 non-refundable Entry Fee. Companies not selected to present at the forum, will receive an admission ticket to the event. Upon selection, an additional $500 will be required. The fee includes coaching, presentation slot, exhibit space, business plan evaluation, Capital Forum listing, and three admissions to the day-long Forum. Fee can be paid online via a credit card or please make a check payable to:

3. If selected, you will be sent additional materials, including exhibit instructions and presentation guidelines.

Selected companies will have the opportunity to present their business plans to a broad community of capital providers from across the nation and gain valuable exposure.

4. Presenting Companies will receive the following:

• A chance to present to dozens of the region’s most prominent investors in all stages of funding
• Media exposure
• Exhibit booth space and table at the forum
• Three passes to the forum
• Opportunity to meet and interact with investors one-on-one
• Presentation coaching and mentoring
• Executive summary included in the forum journal
• Free membership to the Long Island Capital Alliance September 2007 – August 2008
